With nearly three decades of hands-on experience in real estate, construction, and insurance, Joe Rehonic brings a rare combination of knowledge and professionalism to every transaction. Before real estate, Joe spent over 25 years as a state-licensed builder in both Georgia and Florida, where he gained a deep understanding of home construction, quality standards, and value. He also owned and operated a licensed insurance agency for more than 15 years, giving him strong insight into risk management and financial protection—skills that now help his clients make confident, informed decisions.
